The Day After the End of the World Hash

The Blooming Fools mismanagement would like to thank everyone who came at last week’s Jingle Balls Hash, as well as everyone who’s supported the BFH3 over the past fifteen and a half years. After the world ends this Friday, December 21,* we will presumably no longer be hashing, as the lack of corporeal reality (not to mention beer) may make it extraordinarily difficult to lay a hash trail.

If, however, for some reason the world does NOT end on Friday, the Blooming Fools may somehow pull together a trail on Saturday, December 22, starting at 3 pm from the Park and Ride lot across from the Bryan Park pool on South Woodlawn Avenue in Bloomington. The hares may be Mothershucker and White Lightning, and it may cost you $6, unless it’s your first time, in which case it’s definitely free. (Or if you’re a veteran hasher and you don’t bring a vessel of your own to drink from, in which case it’ll cost you an extra buck for cup rental. Heck, if the world’s going to hang around, we might as well do our tiny part to keep it well.)

When? Saturday, December 22, at 3 pm.
Where? The Park and Ride lot across from Bryan Park pool on Woodlawn Avenue in Bloomington. Map is here.
How much? $6 for regulars with vessels, $7 for regulars without vessels, free for first-timers.

* According to the Mayan calendar, or some random website claiming to represent the Mayan calendar, the world will end this Friday at 6:11 in the morning. We won’t even get to hash practice. Bummer.
